Privacy notice

This notice explains how Dr Jeremy Rees's private practice collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website. It applies to the enquiry form on the contact section of this site.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the reason for your enquiry, your preferred language, how soon you would like to be seen, and the short description of your situation that you provide. We do not collect or store any other data about you on this site.

How we use it

Your enquiry is sent by email to the practice secretary so we can respond to your request. We do not use your data for marketing, share it with third parties, or transfer it outside the recipient's email inbox and our medical record system if you become a patient.

Email delivery

The enquiry form is delivered through Resend (resend.com), an email infrastructure provider. Resend processes the submitted data only for the purpose of transmitting the email and applies its own security controls.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If website analytics are enabled, they use a privacy-friendly, cookieless service (Plausible) that does not identify individual visitors.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact the practice using the details on the homepage to make a request.
